| The Jacket displayed in your homepage looks like it has a different tint from the one I purchased. |
We attempt to honestly duplicate the tint of the actual article when taking pictures for display in our homepage. However, environmental factors such as lightening make images of the Jacket in those pictures look tinted slightly differently.

| When two or more panels of the Jacket are compared, their tints look subtly different. Is it a defect? |
We apply surface treatment separately to each part before assembly to the Jacket. Accordingly, some parts can have a slightly different tint due to process constraints, although we are endeavoring to produce identical tints on every part.

| Can I use any type of earphones? |
The earphone jack of our Jacket is designed to match the genuine earphone attached to iPhone 4. If you use an earphone purchased in the market place, there is no guarantee that it fits into the jack depending on the size and shape of the plug of the earphone.

| There is a slight scratch on the back side of the panel. Is it a defect? |
We endeavor to avoid the occurrence of scratches on panels of the Jacket. However, in the manufacturing process it is difficult to prevent minor scratches.

| When iPhone 4 is equipped with the Jacket, is there a possibility that letters printed on the back plane of the iPhone 4 are covered with the Jacket? |
Depending on the date of production of your iPhone 4, some printed letters on the back plane may be hidden by the Jacket. We hope that this is not inconvenient. |
